I may have a teensy, weensy, slight issue with… yarn.

Just a few pieces of yarn.
I learned to knit back in 2004… actually, I took Kaitlyn to learn to knit, and she didn’t like it, but I picked it up. The problem is, very rarely do I finish a project. I’ve done a couple scarves, a dish cloth or two, and that’s it. Way back when, I started a vest for my dad, and never finished it – kind of makes me sad now. In fact, I started an afghan at the beginning of the summer for him because of the Cancer, and never finished it, either.
So, to say I have a small selection of yarn is an understatement. I want to pick up more crocheting, though, because I think pieces come together better. I’m looking for a project to start, and have been using Pinterest to keep track of ideas. If you have a Pinterest account, follow along with me
There isn’t a whole lot to say right now, or at least a whole lot I want to share. I guess I’m sort of going through my own thing, and don’t feel safe enough sharing until I have something specific to say about it. Feeling a lot like I’m living in the wrong life. Not my kids, or my husband, just not comfortable with what my life looks like right now, I guess? Hard to explain.
OH! Ok, one quick thing – I decided on a bible study – I’m doing the Experiencing God: Knowing and Doing God’s Will (you can get the book here >>, and the workbook here >>). Also, I picked up a new devotional – “Daily Inspiration from the NIV” – it looks good. You do a subject each week, and each day has a lesson for that topic.
I’m doing both things, and I am planning on sharing on my website – sort of a virtual bible study, of sorts. If you are interested in doing this with me, I would love to have you come along! I have ways of making things private if that is a concern.
